Chef Patrick Ramon has previously worked at a Michelin-starred restaurant – Urspurg konigsbronn in Germany, which is the highest award given to a restaurant for its exceptional standards. This has inspired his culinary creations to this day.

Chef Patrick Ramon’s takeover of the kitchen will last for two days and will include a special menu designed by the chef himself, using only fresh and local ingredients.

“Our goal is to bring something fresh and exciting to our guests, while also bringing the exceptional talents of the best chefs in Jakarta to Batam and bringing a unique taste to our hotel,” added Harum.

To make reservations and learn more about the event, guests can contact HARRIS Hotel Batam Center at 0778-7499999.

The event on Friday, March 10, 2023, will begin with a fine dining dinner with a 5-course set menu, from appetizers to dessert. Guests will be able to see how the chef arranges the food on the plate before serving it. According to Chef Patrick Ramon, “enjoying food is not just about taste and nutrition, but presentation also plays a crucial role in enjoying cuisine.”

Meanwhile, on Saturday, March 11, 2023, guests will be served a buffet-style menu also prepared by Chef Patrick Ramon. By bringing Chef Patrick Ramon from Social Garden Jakarta to Batam, hotel guests do not have to travel all the way to Jakarta to enjoy the special dishes of this talented chef.
